Baldwin Gilman’s proprietary Culture Fit Assessment insures you not only find candidates who fit the position qualifications, but also fit the organization’s culture.

Company -- It begins with a completion of a questionnaire by key members of the organization seeking information about your current and preferred culture.
Candidate – We use the results as we source and interview as one more tool to identify candidates with a good chance for success in your organization.
Culture Fit -- Together with our client consultations and face-to-face interviews, the Culture Fit Assessment is an additional tool to better understand your culture and the types of individuals who will succeed in your organization.

The results are scored and plotted to identify organizational characteristics and orientation.
