We weed through stacks of resumes and identify candidates who meet the ideal profile. With years of experience, we know exactly what to look for.  After we’ve screened (by phone) all potentially viable candidates, we invite them in to meet with us for face-to-face (or web-based) interviews.  We also conduct the BG Behavioral Assessment and any other necessary screening to gauge how well they will fit the position and your culture.
