Our Healthcare Team
Ten of our twenty search consultants have significant industry experience. This team is lead by two former Big 4 consulting partners. Tom Gilman, the owner and CEO of Baldwin Gilman, spent 34 years as an innovative leader at Deloitte Consulting, retiring as a Deputy National Director. He served as the firm's national healthcare leader for several years. Steve Wuest brings 30 years of professional services experience, including over ten years focused exclusively on healthcare providers and payers. Joining Tom and Steve is Bridget Fossett who has over 25 years of healthcare expertise in large physician practice operations, selection and implementation of IT solutions, financial “best practices” and developement of comprehensive training programs.
