BG Legal Announces New Services

To better serve our clients, Baldwin Gilman's legal practice group, BG Legal is pleased to announce that it is expanding its offerings to include, in addition to Legal Search Services, two new services.  They are Career Transition Consulting and Contract Attorneys and Document Review Services.   BG Legal is uniquely qualified to provide these services.  Our legal recruiters, Mona Spitz and Laura Warren, have practiced law themselves.  This hands-on experience provides them with the knowledge and expertise to help solve your staffing challenges.

Legal Search Services

BG Legal can help you recruit the best legal talent.  We understand the importance of getting the right people in the right roles, quickly.  Whether you are looking for an attorney to join your firm or in house legal department, or you are seeking a legal administrator, paralegal or other support staff, we can locate individuals ready to perform to your high standards.  We add value to your search by being highly selective.  We do not just send you a stack of resumes.  We start by understanding your requirements and culture.  We then conduct intensive screening and face-to-face interviews of potential candidates.  From these candidates, we select only the very best to send on to you.   

Career Transition Consulting

BG Legal has developed a specialized career transition program to provide attorneys with the skills and strategies necessary to move on in their career.  Our 90-day program provides one-on-one consultation and support, assistance with the creation of a communications strategy, development of an effective job search plan, interview practice and feedback and assistance with evaluating opportunities and negotiating employment offers. 

Contract Attorneys and Document Review Services

BG Legal has contract attorneys and paralegals available to you on a temporary-hire basis.  Whether you need one attorney to fill in during a medical leave of absence, or you need several to work on a massive document review, we can provide you with the staffing you need.  We will meet with you before the project starts to gather all of the information regarding the nature of the work to be done and the qualifications you are seeking in the temporary professional.  We will then match your requirements with the right candidate to do the job.
