Keith Baldwin (Of Counsel)
 Keith, the founder of Baldwin & Associates, has been providing retained executive search consulting services since 1970. He has placed hundreds of C-level executives in greater Cincinnati companies and specializes in key management searches, including technical and scientific management.
Unique focus areas for Keith include family-owned businesses, manufacturing, and scientific/engineering industries.
Because of his expertise and interest in family businesses, Keith is a volunteer on the Next Generation Institute steering committee, as well as an Advisory Board Member of The Goering Center at the University of Cincinnati, which focuses on the successful intergenerational transfer of family-owned businesses. His knowledge of family business planning and succession has helped dozens of Cincinnati-area businesses continue to thrive through choosing the right leaders.
Keith has a B.A. from Long Beach State and an MBA from Xavier University.
