 With over 25 years in recruiting and an additional eight years in corporate HR, Nancy is well qualified to help Baldwin Gilman clients achieve hiring success.
Nancy’s loyal clients trust her ability to locate and find the right match for their needs. During a 4 year period of expansion, Nancy helped one client hire over 60 upper-management professionals nationwide.
Nancy is a seasoned recruiter with heavy emphasis in the biotech/pharma industries as well as general placment of HR, sales/marketing and manufacturing professionals across all industries. She keeps current with industry trends in the HR industry through active involvement in several trade associates including SHRM (Society of HR Managers) and GCHRA (Greater Cincinnati HR Association). Nancy was recently recognized as one of Cincinnati’s Top 10 Women Recruiters by Women’s Business Cincinnati.
