Michele has been with Baldwin Gilman for five years and is our certified expert on the BG Behavioral Assessment tool. She has over fifteen years of experience in recruiting and human resources, spanning industries such as manufacturing, health care, professional services and technology (she placed over 100 professionals per year during the dot-com boom). A former Deloitte employee, she has extensive expertise in recruiting for the finance and accounting industries. According to Michele, "I really enjoy working here and partnering with a variety of companies to assist them with their searches. Over the years I've learned a lot about the great companies in Cincinnati and their differences, the nuances in each search and what makes a successful placement."
