Mona Spitz
 Mona comes to Baldwin Gilman with twenty years of combined experience as an attorney and as a legal recruiter. Mona has also held marketing and sales positions in the legal industry. In the non-profit sector, Mona worked as project director of the YWCA’s job readiness program and as a fundraiser for the United Way of Greater Cincinnati.
Mona’s primary focus is recruiting attorneys and paralegals for law firms and in-house corporate legal departments. Mona previously served as the director of Special Counsel’s Cincinnati office, where she was responsible for new business development and the recruitment and placement of legal professionals. As a result, Mona has many contacts in the legal community and is well positioned to recruit the best legal talent for our clients.
Mona is a graduate of Harvard University and George Washington Law School.
