Steve Wuest
 Steve is Vice President of Baldwin Gilman, where he leads consulting projects and select searches for the firm. Steve has 30 years of professional experience, holding senior leadership roles at both large global companies and local start-up organizations. As a Consulting Partner at Deloitte, he led several practice areas of 75 consultants and more. Functionally, he is very experienced in the accounting/finance, sales/marketing, and technology arenas. From an industry perspective, Steve has a significant background in professional services, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing/distribution.
In addition to hiring and developing hundreds of staff and consultants over his career, Steve actively participated on numerous HR initiatives, developing national best practices for Deloitte. Prior to that, Steve was a Partner at Computer Sciences Corporation, a global technology services company, and enjoyed a few years as an Entrepreneur/Investor in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Steve received his B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
