Les Sper
 Les is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) with over 14 years of experience in recruiting, employee relations consulting, personnel and succession planning, career consulting, management training programs, and human resource strategy development.
Before joining BG, Les held senior roles in recruiting and talent management in the manufacturing, information technology, pharmaceutical research, medical device and service industries. He worked at IBM Corporation for over 20 years in a number of management and human resources positions across the United States.
A member of BG’s Sourcing Team, Les is exceptional at identifying, connecting, qualifying and presenting top talent for key positions. His tenacity is unwavering and he works diligently to find the absolute best candidates for each search.
Les received his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin, and an MBA in Industrial Relations from the University of Michigan.
