Chantal Weaver
 Chantal is a human resources professional with nearly 20 years of experience in recruiting and career coaching in financial services, retail, IT services, telecommunications and health care. Prior to joining BG, Chantal worked at Fidelity (Northern KY), TJX, and Hewlett-Packard (Boston) in recruiting and staffing roles. Locally, she has worked for outplacement firms providing one-on-one career coaching, resume preparation and job development.
As a member of BG’s Sourcing Team, Chantal leverages her extensive network and stays current on the latest sourcing strategies and techniques to uncover even the most hidden or passive talent quickly. She then thoroughly screens each candidate to determine which candidates are the best possible fit for the qualifications and culture.
Chantal earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Lesley University in Boston, Massachusetts and is a member of GCHRA’s Staffing and Recruitment Committee.
