Bridget Fossett
 Bridget is Baldwin Gilman’s Director of Operations and a member of the firm’s healthcare recruiting practice. Bridget has over twenty years of professional success in the healthcare industry. She has a strong consulting background that includes working for Deloitte & Touche and Medimetrix Consulting. While with these firms, Bridget developed an expertise in large physician practice operations, selection and implementation of IT solutions, financial “best practices” and developed comprehensive training programs.
Bridget also brings district business management expertise to Baldwin Gilman. Most recently, Bridget was Director, TriHealth Physician Solutions, Inc. where she developed business and financial modes for new and established services; developed strategic and tactical planning with an emphasis on new business products and services; and negotiated practices around the country.
Bridget is a graduate of Miami University.
