Gary Mertz
 Gary comes to BG with an enormous wealth of experience in human resources, recruiting, regional workforce development, training and career consulting. He is the former president of a multi-million dollar staffing agency and has helped numerous professionals with everything from resume preparation to career counseling.
Most recently, Gary served as Workforce Solutions Sales Coordinator and course instructor at Gateway Community and Technical College in Covington, KY (HR management and entrepreneurial classes). He currently serves as the HR 100 Steering Committee Chair at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, as well as on numerous other boards and committees in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.
Gary received a Business Administration degree from Franklin University and received his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification in 2007. He was designated as a Certified Facilitator in Leadership Development and Customer Service in June 2010 by Achieve Global.
