   Experienced healthcare profile launches national healthcare practice at executive search firm

CINCINNATI  – May X, 2008 –Rachel Hall recently joined Baldwin Gilman LLC, one of the region’s largest and fastest-growing executive search and recruiting firms. Rachel, working from Denver , will start the firm’s healthcare search practice.

Prior to joining the Baldwin Gilman team, Hall was in healthcare for more than 15 years, working at companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. Rachel’s specific experience is in advising payers and providers on cost containment strategies, quality of care initiatives, systems implementations, core operational and process improvements, and cultural changes.  Rachel has worked with most of the national commercial payers, as well as many regional and local payers and providers.  Rachel brings a commitment to the healthcare industry, and experience working with executives throughout all aspects of healthcare organizations.  Through her first-hand experience, she has the background knowledge of the industry to know if a candidate is the right fit in experience as well as culture.

Hall holds an MBA from St. Louis University and a bachelor of science from the University of Missouri .

In addition to Hall, the healthcare recruiting team is joined by Tom Gilman, the owner and CEO of Baldwin Gilman, who spent 34 years as an innovative leader in healthcare at Deloitte Consulting. Complementing the healthcare team is Steve Wuest, another former Deloitte Consulting partner, who brings 30 years of professional services experience, including more than ten years focused exclusively on healthcare providers and payers.
