bg Business Conditions Index (BCI) Survey

We believe recruiting requires more than extensive networks and a large database of viable candidates.  It also requires a deep understanding of the job market and the economy overall, especially in the area where the candidate will be hired.

That's why in March 2010 we launched the Baldwin Gilman Business Conditions Index (bg BCI).  Every quarter we survey nearly 2,000 business leaders and professionals from the Greater Cincinnati area to gain an understanding of conditions and expectations in our own backyard (there's plenty of data based on the entire U.S., but very little specific to the Greater Cincinnati area).  The data will help us better evaluate the candidate landscape for your search and provide insights we can use in helping you fill positions quickly.
