Comprehensive Search
Most companies and recruiters are using the same tools to identify candidates for open positions: online resume boards, listings on the company website and more. And while these will often turn out good candidates, we know that finding great candidates requires a much more comprehensive process. We leverage our extensive professional and personal networks, our database of nearly 50,000 contacts, and the latest technology to find just the right candidates for you.

And with our dedicated sourcing team, we can do this much faster than in-house recruiters or other recruiting firms. It saves time and money for you in the long run because we can find you the right candidates faster.
As part of our search process, Baldwin Gilman conducts initial phone interviews with the first set of potential candidates. We then conduct our own face-to-face interviews with the most viable candidates (we use web-based technology when an in-person interview is not possible). They don’t get passed on to you unless they get past us.
